Email Campaigns & Customer Journeys

Designed and developed a wide range of email campaigns supporting product launches, promotions, customer engagement, and retention initiatives. Each campaign began with high-fidelity layouts in Photoshop before being translated into responsive HTML emails or assembled using modular components within Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Dynamics365.

Working within established brand guidelines for multiple business divisions, I maintained visual consistency and messaging throughout the customer journey while adapting creative to meet specific campaign objectives. The result was a scalable email system that balanced strong visual communication with efficient production, delivering cohesive brand experiences across every customer touchpoint.
